Ndiawar Diop’s speech about Mass Incarceration in USA at the Riverside County Board of Supervisors

Today April 20th, 2021, I gave a 3 minutes speech at the Riverside County Board of Supervisors Meeting about the War on Black Americans, Mass Incarceration of Black People in America.
How do we explain the minority (Blacks, Latinos) of the population filling up to 90% of County Jails and State prisons in the United States ?
The United States is known around the Globe as the “Land of the Free”; Is that the reason why so many people come in search of better lives, in pursuit of dreams to build better lives, pay taxes, raise families just after entering illegally, fleeing persecution or certain death in their home country ?
Doesn’t it look like those Sick Racists, psycho, white Supremacists in the Justice System (Courts, District Attorneys) have another way to put Non-white citizens Out of Competition, by using all means to put them in trouble with the Law killing their American Dreams forever? … A modern gang banging, America need to take care of before it’s too late …?
